Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes

Classes can be taken on a drop-in basis or you can sign up at anytime for a series of 8 classes. The series of 8 classes can be taken with any of the teachers, and you may attend as many classes as your schedule permits each week.

Open-Level Hatha Yoga is an open-level class suitable to beginners and continuing students.

Intermediate/Continuing Hatha Yoga is a more challenging class suitable to those who have been practicing Hatha Yoga for some time.

Restorative Yoga is a non-muscular practice in which the body is supported by props in relaxation postures. The postures are held for 20-30 minutes allowing for relaxation of the mind and body at a molecular level through conscious relaxation. 20-30 minutes in a restorative posture is said to be equivalent to 2 hours of sleep.

Gentle Hatha Yoga is a Hatha Yoga class designed for and open to anyone seeking a gentle, mindful practice.

Hatha Yoga for Teens is a class designed specifically for teen-agers to learn the foundations of a hatha yoga practice with other teens. (Not Currently Offered)
