Welcome to Month Six of the Meditation Teacher Training Program. This month your course material includes lessons on Meditation and the Psychology of Kriya Yoga, Mantra and Meditation and Preparing Lecture Plans. In addition to continuing your daily meditation practice and your studies you will have the joy of student teaching again this month. This month’s practice is to give you additional preparation for month seven, in which you will begin to teach in front of others. You should do the assignment on at least one occasion this month, but may repeat it several times if you choose to do so. Continue your daily meditation practice. This month you are asked to increase the length of time that you are practicing each day. Let the increase in time come naturally and with ease. Include the Aum Sarveshaam mantra in your practice. Continue to utilize the Hong Sau Kriya technique. Continue your daily asana practice for 20 minutes a day. We hope that you are finding ever increasing joy in your meditation practice and in your studies. May you be blessed that you might find ever greater joy in life and become an ever greater joy to all whom you encounter.
