Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that encourages deep relaxation. Learn the art of conscious relaxation while resting in supported postures that help quiet and calm the mind and body, and restore energy. Treat yourself to an hour and a half of Restorative Yoga each week, and learn poses you can practice at home to relax and renew.
Beginning-level Hatha Yoga is for students who are new to yoga. It is also a great 'refresher' class if you haven't practiced in a while. The class includes basic postures, breath awareness and relaxation. No previous experience needed.
Open-level Hatha Yoga is a mixed level class for beginning and continuing students. The classes combine postures, sequences, breath awareness and relaxation. Learn new postures and sequences and refine familiar ones. Beginners should know basic yoga postures to attend Open-level classes.
Intermediate Hatha Yoga is an advanced level class. The class includes more challenging postures and sequences, breathing practices and relaxation. Students with one or more years of regular practice are welcome to attend.
