Join us for an enjoyable, two-hour, stress-free, non-competitive, introductory class. Learn foundational breathing and postures, as well as how to align your body properly, so that you can begin to develop a safe practice and reap the greatest benefits for your mind and body. After taking the class you will know how to start a simple home practice and will feel more confident attending beginning-level classes.
