"Master Vinyasa Practice"

This practice is available for all levels with modifications for the beginner as well as variations for the more advanced student. Begins with yoga philosophy and moves to a visceral level of the body creating alignment along with awareness of your form and habits we will then move into the deeper levels of the self with breathing, concentration and meditation, ending in Dawn’s very popular guided relaxation technique, transcending the ego. This practice will push you towards your edge and gently bring you home. The workshop is suitable for curious students, teachers and future teachers.
