“Moving Into Stillness”

Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are. It is an ancient process designed to help you uncover and discover your true nature- Awareness in Bliss, so you can live daily life with that new awareness. Come & immerse yourself in the practice of yoga!
This class will include restorative & semi-restorative asanas, pranayama, sense withdrawal (extended Savana), & meditation practice.
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
