“Creating inner space with Yin Yoga practice”

This kind of practice is similar to restorative practice because the poses are held for several minutes. However, the poses are not fully supported meaning the practice requires more mindfulness and participation. By holding the poses for the extended periods of time, one can penetrate deeply into the patterns residing within the body and mind. Once becoming aware of those patterns we can perform actions to move in a direction of greater freedom.
The workshop is suitable for curious students, teachers and future teachers.
