Amanda Bye is a 2019 graduate of the Kriya Yoga Teacher Training program and has been an enthusiastic Yogi and martial artist for over ten years. Living by the personal mantra of “release and thrive,” she is most interested in learning and sharing ways to move with more freedom, understanding, compassion, and joy. Yoga presents an opportunity to explore one’s personal range of motion, the mind body connection, breath-work, meditation, and its influence can extend and shine beyond the mat. As a result, the practice has personally deepened her mind body connection and enjoyment of surfing and movement arts. Much of her training, inspiration, and love of Yoga and movement is accredited to her mentors Agniezska Miskiewicz, Zerrin Schecter, Mestre Marisa Cordeiro, Debra LaMantia, Paulie Zink, Sifu Stirling Levine, and Suddha Weixler.
