New Beginning Meditation Course Starting!

In times of uncertainty, a meditation practice can help us stay calm, respond skillfully to situations, and be our best selves. Meditation is a form of mental training and a pathway to higher consciousness that can improve our health, relationships, and career and enhance every aspect of our lives! The Temple of Kriya Yoga is offering a six-week course in beginning meditation, taught live on Zoom by Swami Tapasananda (Sharon Steffensen) based on Goswami Kriyananda’s teachings.
Upon signing up for the program you will receive two complimentary books by Goswami Kriyananda. Please complete your registration as soon as possible so that we can ship the books prior to your first online class on May 2nd.
The class meets on the following Mondays at 7:00-8:00pm.

After each online class you will receive an audio lecture by Goswami Kriyananda through your student portal on our website, as well as a recording of the class. You will be notified via email once they are available.
At the end of the program you will receive a certificate of completion. Students must attend at least 4 sessions and listen to all of the required listening materials to receive the certificate of completion.
The cost of the online program is $125 and includes the following: Six one hour online weekly lessons offered via Zoom accompanied by Q&A sessions. Beginner's Guide to Meditation-by Goswami Kriyananda. A 30-40 minute recorded lesson each week by Goswami Kriyananda. A Meditation for Each Day-Goswami Kriyananda.
We also offer a payment plan that gives you the ability to pay $45 every two weeks until the payment is complete.
