Research shows mindfulness and meditation may be the next public health revolution. Meditation is a form of mental training that teaches us to focus our attention to make our lives more positive, creative, and meaningful.
The Temple of Kriya Yoga is offering a six-week course in beginning meditation, taught live on Zoom by Swami Tapasananda (Sharon Steffensen) based on Goswami Kriyananda’s teachings.
Upon signing up for the program you will receive two complimentary books by Goswami Kriyananda. Please complete your registration by February 1st so that we can ship the books prior to your first online class on February 7th.
The class meets on the following Mondays at 7:00-8:00pm. February 7th February 14th February 21st February 28th March 7 March 14
After each online class you will receive an audio lecture by Goswami Kriyananda through your student portal on our website, as well as a recording of the class. You will be notified via email once they are available.
At the end of the program you will receive a certificate of completion.
The cost of the online program is $120 and includes the following: Six one hour online weekly lessons offered via Zoom accompanied by Q&A sessions. Beginner's Guide to Meditation-by Goswami Kriyananda. A 30-40 minute recorded lesson each week by Goswami Kriyananda. A Meditation for Each Day-Goswami Kriyananda.
We also offer a payment plan that gives you the ability to pay $45 every two weeks until the payment is complete.
