1pm “Foundation of Kriya Yoga: The Astral Body”
You are spirit, with many instruments. One key instrument, that must be understood if you are to walk successfully on the path toward enlightenment, is the astral body. It is your soul, or in Kriya Yoga we say it is your memory track. Memory, karma, and deep-rooted desires are stored in your astral body before incarnation, and are then projected out at birth to form a physical vehicle, allowing you to fulfill your desires and karma. In this class you will be introduced to the mechanisms of the astral body, including Chakras, Nadis, and Karma.

Holding on to grudges, resentments, wrongs, and wounds, is often described as drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. We are told to forgive the other so we can free ourselves. Sounds so good, right?
Yet… somehow the doing of the forgiving just isn’t as simple as it sounds. Many of us realize, we don’t know how to forgive.
In this workshop you’ll learn the ins-&-outs of forgiveness and then I’ll share a beautiful and effective Ritual for Forgiveness that was given to me by my teachers. We’ll practice it, break it down step by step, and then go over it again, so you will be thoroughly comfortable and able to do it on your own. You’ll receive a written copy to have at your fingertips whenever you need it. As an added bonus, you’ll learn how to insure that your forgiveness endures.
Forgiveness is considered an advanced spiritual practice because it takes a mature individual to even be willing to practice it. If you think you are ready to release yourself, or at least learn how to free yourself, of the hurts, wrongs, and baggage of the past, then please join me. Discover for yourself the freedom and lightness forgiveness brings.
