It is your soul, or in Kriya Yoga we say it is your memory track. Memory, karma, and deep-rooted desires are stored in your astral body before incarnation, and are then projected out at birth to form a physical vehicle, allowing you to fulfill your desires and karma. In this class you will be introduced to the mechanisms of the astral body, including Chakras, Nadis, and Karma.
