CURRICULUM • 56 hours of life class time via zoom, rather than pre- recorded content, which allows the students to ask questions anytime and have a dialog with the teacher! • Hundreds of pages of written material in digital form! • Mp3s

Friday (8:15-9:30pm), Saturday and Sundays (8:30am-12:00pm): September: 24-26 (Friday 6:00-8:00pm) October: 8-10 & 22-24 November: 5-7 & 19-21 December: 3-5 & 17-18 (no class on Sunday 12/19)
Students continue the self study program until May 24th. Students receive a certificate of completion of non certified Hatha Yoga Training.
