Kriology II Recording 7
In this recording, Kriyananda asks, "Who are you?"
"Well, I don’t know who you are, but I can tell you who you think you are. You think you are what you’re holding in your memory track. Whatever piece of memory comes up and gets stuck in your consciousness, that you think you are. You are a piece of your memory track, that’s all. And we’ve already said that’s a distorted piece because it’s been distorted by your filters. By your prejudice, loyalties, emotionalities. So you don’t see the experience as it is, you see it as you have colored it if I can use such a word. And so we say it’s about self awareness or awareness, or self consciousness. And therefore it’s about becoming aware of your mind."
