Welcome to Month Ten of the Meditation Teacher Training Program. This month is focused on comparative meditation techniques. While these are also included in written material we felt it important that you receive them through the oral transmission. Please use your time this month to listen carefully to the techniques and to try one or more that capture your interest. Continue the daily practice of meditation, increasing your practice gently and harmoniously. Continue to utilize the Hong Sau Kriya technique, Aum Sarveshaam mantra, and meditative prayer in your daily practice. If you are comfortable doing so, continue the use of the Ishta Devata practice in your daily meditation. Continue your daily asana practice of 20 minutes. Continue to enjoy your studies and as always send any questions to the Temple. We are here to be of service to you as you study and will respond as quickly as we are able.
