We hope that you are finding the Meditation Teacher Training Program to be meaningful and enjoyable. Please remember that sustaining your daily meditation practice is integral to your success in completing this program. As Goswami Kriyananda says: meditate, meditate, meditate. Let no thing come between you and your meditation. Each day, view the DVD or listen to the recording on asana practice. These are guided exercises to support your meditation practice. When you are comfortable with the visually guided practice you may wish to switch to the use of the audio guided practice. Continue your asan practice for 20 minutes a day. Make notes on your daily practice, highlighting the areas that are challenging. Note the changes compared to last month. Review the DVD or recording on choosing a meditation asana to support your meditation practice. As of the end of last month, you have completed the required use of the meditation journal. You may find the continued use of the journal helpful to your daily practice. If you do, please re-read the assignment on "The Use of the Meditation Journal" from your month one material. This will help to strengthen the journaling practice. Continue your daily meditation practice for 20 minutes per day. If you have questions as you are progressing, please submit them via the website and we will respond to you either on the monthly phone call or if the questions are of a more personal nature, via email or personal phone conversation.
