Welcome to Month Five of the Meditation Teacher Training Program. This month’s supplemental material contains valuable information and a wonderful nine point meditation technique that you will want to study and practice. Many who have used it have found it to be a meaningful technique. And, it is being shared with you in the hope that you also will find it meaningful.
At this time in the course, you should be well established in your daily meditation and asana practice. You have learned a number of techniques and a great deal about the practice of meditation both from an intellectual as well as a practical application.
Continue your daily meditation practice for 30 minutes per day. Continue utilizing the Hong Sau Kriya technique and incorporate the use of mudras into your practice, as you will learn to do in this month's materials. Continue to follow the asana practice with Swami Japananada, practicing for 20 minutes a day. Please remember that we are here to answer any questions that you may have about the course. As always, please submit your questions to the Temple and we will respond to them as soon as possible. May you continue to find ever increasing joy in your meditation practice and in your studies.
