Welcome to Month Eight of the Meditation Teacher Training Program. This month you have reached a critical juncture in the program. Your meditation should be coming deeper and your practice should have given you personal knowledge of the techniques that have been taught throughout the program. This gives you a strong foundation from which to do your student teaching at the final retreat.
You will be preparing a course outline and lesson plan for a six-week intermediate meditation program, which would be taught following the four-week class that you developed last month. Additionally, you will be preparing an outline of the class for your student teaching.
Continue your daily meditation practice, increasing it gently and harmoniously as you are comfortable doing so. Continue utilizing the Hong Sau Kriya technique, the Aum Sarveshaam mantra, and meditative prayer in your daily practice.
Continue your daily asana practice of 20 minutes.
Continue to find joy in your studies. Find ever greater joy in your meditation practice. Be joy-filled and share that joy with all whom you encounter.
