Welcome to the ninth month of the Meditation Teacher Training Program. In addition to studying your course material this month, please take the time to stop and reflect on what you have learned over the past nine months.
Continue the daily practice of meditation, increasing your practice gently and harmoniously. Continue to utilize the Hong Sau Kriya technique, Aum Sarveshaam mantra, and meditative prayer in your daily practice. If you are comfortable doing so, continue the use of the Ishta Devata practice in your daily meditation.
Continue your daily asana practice of 20 minutes.
May ever greater peace and tranquility flow into your life in the coming month. And, may your horizon of awareness expand so that you might see clearly that which needs to be seen.
