Yoga Instructors

Everyone who teaches a yoga class at the Temple of Kriya Yoga has graduated from our extensive, in depth 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program. Besides learning to teach the postures, students of our program study the philosophy of Kriya Yoga, as handed down through the centuries since Babaji reintroduced it to India.

We focus on the techniques and philosophy taught by Goswami Kriyananda, who introduced Kriya Yoga to the Midwest in the 1960s.
