    1. Read about the pelvis and then trace it on paper. Label all the parts so that you become thoroughly familiar with it.
    2. Study the pictures of the subtle directions of the breathing in the body on pages 30 and 32.
    Then trace the figures on paper and draw in the arrows indicating the direction of the breath.
