Indicates required field
Month by month, learning the asanas becomes easier because the same actions and movements for alignment ca be carried into many asanas and because your body and mid are becoming stronger from your practice. Patiently read and work through the descriptions of the asanas, even if you don;t always understand them. They are building blocks that will soon become valuable tools for your practice and will enable you to successfully enjoy performing asanas that you never thought possible. To help you become more familiar with some of the most commonly used alignment guidelines, scan through the asana practice section for months one and two and list at least five commonly referred to guidelines. Then list several postures where these actions can be applied. For example, you might write as one guideline: "Inner edges of the scapula move down.
