Wendy’s teaching style is informed by the deep joy and gratitude she feels at the opportunity to share the practice. She is deeply committed to the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. Her class invites you to take time to be fully present for self, to open, soften, and set healthy boundaries. As a teacher, she encourages students to cultivate the same patience and compassion that she tries to bring to her teaching. After 2 years teaching Restorative Yoga at the temple, Wendy is now teaching Mindful Vinyasa on Tuesday nights, which will explore connecting movement with breath as we organize the pose with a nice gentle flow.
